We went through the drive through. Nether one of our orders were what we order.nWill never eat there again. Mt Washington needs better restaurants.

Currently only offering app orders or drive thru orders. Should have followed my first instinct to not eat there if i couldn't see my sandwich being prepared. The order was messed up and the manager named Tony refused to refund or replace the sandwiches with the correct ones. He just went inside and locked the door. We had to go to taco bell to get food. A call to the subway main office had to be made to request a refund for the food we could not eat. Lesson learned do not eat subway at the subway in Mount Washington Ky. Should have listened to all the people who said avoid that place.

Ordered sandwiches with the app, got them but one was wrong so we tried talking to them and making things right. One of the girls were were nice but another employee named Tony was extremely rude and said there was nothing he can do and won't when the person is allergic to onions. I couldn't even order another sandwich to replace it.

I don't think they have ever messed up my order, even when going through the drive-thru. I think the only thing that doesn't work well with this place isn't the people, but the location. The drive-thru isn't exactly easy to use.
