This location is closest to my house so it’s convenient. Last time we went there, about a month ago. I had to wait over 15 minutes for food, which wasn’t a big deal to me as I used to work at an Arby’s so I knew I was getting fresh and hot food. During this visit the manager apologized and gave me 2 free meal cards on them for the inconvenience. Well today my husband went in to get our free meals and the rude cashier told him they were expired! Not just expired by a couple days but by the middle of last year!! So the manager who worked that first night gave me expired coupons and they refused to honor them today. Neither which was my husband fault. We will not be returning to this location.
I only usually ever get one very specific sandwich and it has to be made a very specific way and they always go above and beyond to prepare how I like it and they don't make me feel bad for asking for it to be made the way I enjoy it. And the staff is always super friendly
They seem to always get your order wrong and when you clock them on it they are rude and nasty about it. This Greenville store definitely is well below the stores in the Grand Rapids area.
Good food but forgot my sauce for mozzarella sticks
Had a Reuben sandwich, it was excellent! During these hard times Arby's prices are a big help.
