I will never go to Stouts again. Nobody helps you. 3 men standing around talking. When I asked a question. They acted like I was bothering them. A young man just points to where you need to go. I have only gone there a few times. Every time just the same

This is a small, local hardware store in Mt. Washington. I feel good about going there and not only supporting local businesses but finding this store convenient, well stocked with everyday items and staffed with helpful employees. You can be in and out expeditiously instead of fighting the traffic and crowds at larger retail stores.
I have been a long time customer at stouts most of time happy with the service, but today the staff and owner went out of the way to help me with the purchase of a chainsaw. This was hard to do because always been a Husquvarna owner but I bought a stihl chainsaw and it is an amazing saw stouts converted me over great service happy customer
