This Taco Bell is great!! They do NOT screw up our orders like the other TB in town. The staff is friendly, orders are correct, service is fast. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is we didn't get any napkins in any of our bags from our order last night. We received our sauces, no problem. Are we now supposed to request napkins, too and I missed the memo?? If so, please advise & I'll be happy to edit my review to 5-stars.
Had an issue with my mobile order going to a store 45 minutes from the correct location. Couldn't find a way to cancel in the application or even the number to call that the manager recommended, but the manager went above and beyond to get me my food so I didn't have to pay twice. Would be a five star if my order would have been made correctly sadly none of the items were actually made how they were ordered. But it was the thought that counted.

The gentleman working the drive-thru window was great. Believe his name is Brandon. Had good customer servicenMade sure we had what we ordered and had a smile on his face.
I got a couple DLTs that we fresh, hot, and amazing. My grandma got a bean burrito! Everything was amazing! The staff was quick and friendly.
