Paid for the $10 wash. Did not wash my car. Front door came down and sat there for almost 10 minutes before I had to back out. Tried calling but the number listed for them is disconnected. Spent my money basically to waste my time. Will not be going back here!

I used this place because it was the most convenient for me. Unfortunately, about 50% of the time I try to go here, it is out of service. Last time I tried to go was back in July. The card reader was down.. again, so cash only. Thankfully I had a $10 bill on me and put it in the machine and it ate it. I'm usually pretty understanding about things like this because I know things happen and sometimes it's out of their control. So I called the number on the sign that stated something about if the machine eats your money or has other issues call this number. So I did. I ended up having to leave a voicemail with my info and I was expecting a call back... which never came. I gave it a few days, still nothing. I tried calling a few more times throughout the month... YES THE WHOLE MONTH... and it would ring all the way through but I couldn't leave another voicemail because their mailbox was full. I wasn't very upset about the $10, but at this point I AM upset about the lack of customer service. I'm not sure how you can run a business like this... but word of mouth is huge and I'll be sure to utilize that.

It dilutes the wash with mostly water. The ratio isnt right. Its mostly water and barely soap. THEY NEED TO UP THE AMOUNT OF SOAP... Most of the time the machines won't take your money or credit/debit card. They really need some maintenance to this car wash.
