I have been a customer for over 25 years between this location and the old Schoenherr/Canal location. I will not be back. I ALWAYS have my clothes dry cleaned. I took 3 items in for dry cleaning. A pair of Tommy Bahama shorts and 2 Tommy Bahama shirts. I picked them up and came home, never CHECKING them. When I went to wear the shirts, it was obvious that they had been laundered, not dry cleaned. They shrunk the shirts to the point that I cannot wear them. I am always clear that I want them dry cleaned when dropping them off. Apparently there is new ownership.

No one is at this place. Is it out of business? I went there 3 times following reduced hours of business posted on the door and the door is locked

I have been going here for almost 5 years and I unfortunately encountered an issue. I always take my work clothes, coats, and vests here. Today I went to pick up my vest and it was destroyed. The arm, waist, and pocket seems we’re ripped apart. Plus, Sam (the owner) had to the nerve to put 2 clothes pins through the vest to keep the drawstring from hanging. Since Sam put the clothes pins through my vest, Sam knew there was an issue after doing to service and he wouldn’t cover the cost of my vest. The clerk helping me was nice and I do not blame him for this. I will be taking my business to Tide Cleaners.

The young lady they have working up front is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Not realizing I came in an hour before my cleaning was scheduled to be picked up. She made sure she let me know I was there too early for my dry cleaning. She wasn't sure if all the pieces were cleaned. I told her I would come back when all the clothing was present. Three different times she told me that I came too early for my pick up. Telling the customer once is enough. I was willing to come back.nShe got her point across by scolding me for coming an hour early. She has been rude to me before. She likes to correct the consumer.nThe young lady she be working in the back not dealing with the public!
