We've taken a number of items here with great service. Today, we picked up a pair of 6ft window shears. They're sparkling clean and we're very happy.
Took my husbands expensive work shirts to get cleaned, while there one got tore on the arm. It looked like something got caught and sliced it straight down. I noticed upon pick up and let them know right then, the lady there said they would fix it after trying to blame it on me. Two days later I went to pick the shirt up and I can not believe how they “attempted” to fix it. I say attempted because it looks worse now than it did with the slice in it. I could have done a better job, now I don’t even know if I will be able to take their hack job apart and fix it correctly. When I told them it looked horrible once again they told me it was brought in like that and it was my fault.
