Brett was great. Very professional and considerate. Explained things well that I needed to know about the seasonal operation of the humidifier as part of our furnace system. Have used several times in the past and would highly recommend.

The young lady I spoke with to schedule was phenomenal. She went out of her way to check to see if I could get an earlier appointment. Chris came out. He did his thing. Labeled the parts, got heat coming to family room in an hour. Removed an ancient thermostat and replaced it with one I had. Checked lines or was sure they didn't need to be blown out. He said no need to do something if it is working. He was very professional. Very attentive. Listened to my concerns. AWESOME. They are my new go to for my boiler! I highly recommend.
Making an appointment on the phone with Theresa was simple and efficient. Brett, our technician was timely and very informative on what he thought needed to be fixed, and then he fixed it! It’s clear that McCarver is customer service oriented and it was as comforting to see Brett wear a face mask and foot coverings while in the home. We thought pricing was reasonable for the service provided.
McCarver Mechanical is always reliable, comes on time, and always solves the problem quickly. I highly recommend them to all of my personal and business friends. Every retail shop in Oakland County should have McCarver Mechanical on speed dial. Ask Chris about the yearly maintenance plan that will save you money by proactively protecting all of your heating and cooling systems. They came earlier than expected and solved my AC problems quickly! They are awesome!
