The young man who made all 4 of my sandwiches was new, said that was his second week. Was very nice, listened to my order and was a pleasure to talk with. First time here but will definitely be back.
I placed order online and went in to pick it up . The sandwiches were not ready ,which is fine maybe they had many customers. The lady started making the sandwiches and I heard her talking to herself while making the sandwiches..she was like this stuff is gross and oh now they want and now they want that ..now I am not able to fold the sandwich..I don't think I will ever order here again. This lady was rude and definitely a bit crazy to talk about the food which I am gonna eat right under my nose. I don't even feel like eating the sandwich after the food is being cussed about.
Lady working by herself, did the best she could, but long wait
Just not a great transaction, I was asked multiple times what I wanted, the manager (or whomever) was walking around complaining that she couldn't find her phone. When the woman preparing my food didn't know how to add Subway points to my card, she shouted at the manager that she didn't know despite the manager trying to show her. The system was down at the time, (or that location) further complicating it.nnDespite asking three times for extra cucumbers, I barely got any.
