Horrible service which directly took my money and wouldn't give me any food. I order and paid for food online. When I went to pick it up, they wouldn't serve me anything. The employee stated they don't do online orders (which of course subway.com stated they did). The employee either wasn't trained in online orders, or they were just acting like they didn't know. Either way, there was no recourse. This restaurant wouldn't give me the food I paid for, and subway doesn't issue refunds (or even answer any of my complaints).
Haven’t been here in years. Stopped in yesterday. The place is gross. Absolutely filthy.
Customer service completely not there employee seemed sick or off had to repeat my order still got it wrong not to mention the work space where the subs made had leftovers toppings all over it usually it’s cleaned off between orders it was still there while making my sub. Would not recommend
Service is great but everything is too high! I'll make my own sandwiches/salads for these prices!
Came in at 8pm and immediately felt unwelcome from employees saying 'sorry were closed.. just kidding' which that isn't funny and then they were being rudely sarcastic until I copped an attitude. Hard bread.. Red headed kid should be fired and smacked in the mouth, refused to even let him make my sandwich he had no idea what he was doing.
