I've been to multiple locations in MI and OH and i've never had a bad experience, but this location was exceptional. Friendly staff, fast service, and the food was somehow slightly better than what I'm used to even though it's always been excellent.
First time. Food was great. Will definitely recommend to others looking for a sub close to an east coast flavor. I had the chicken philly, they put sauce on it accidentally as if I ordered the pizza sub, but it was still tasty. My mother and her husband had the philly steaks. They were pleased also.
The fries are great, but eveytime I get food from here they forget the salad, because they don't give it to the food delivery people.
Usually go to dibellas and figured I’d switch it up. Realize my entire order except the fries was wrong. Store was already closed by the time I got home to check. Ended up having to make dinner anyways since my chicken sub had zero chicken and other sub was wrong as well. Spent $30 on two sub bun with nothing in them. Pretty annoyed and will never visit a penn station again. Steer clear and go to dibellas instead.
Food is great! Listing is wrong. Carryout only currently. Kinda disappointed about that today
