Very slow and don't have good customer service skills also they don't know how to make their food right and complete orders
I ordered with one car in front of me. When I pulled to window, no one was there. Waited 10 minutes, and still no one has emerged. Someone finally showed up after I beeped and said she didn't see anything come up. But she knew what I ordered. 2 other cars drove past me shrugging. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
My first and last time. I placed my order with the machine (which I love). I get to the window and waited till my sandwich was ready before my money was taking and told it was no cookies. What if I didnt want to to eat the sandwich without the cookie? Then I order cup of water for 40 cent which should be free if you place an order. she gives it to me without ice. Who drinks warm water? NOT ME. If you do charge atleast have ice ugh
Great experience. Ordered 4 subs total, not one issue. Employee was polite, courteous and easy going. Would recommend and ho again
