I guess we will stop going here. 1st picture shows half the meat that used to be on their roast beef sandwiches. They weren't like that before we ordered some last week and they were just fine. As far as the number to picture they used to have the best iced tea in fast food. The last two times we went there we got colored water with no flavor that's a shame we really like their iced tea.

This location constantly has a line stretching around due to long wait times and is constantly out of something, namely milkshake options (while I understand that you guys want to be as successful as McDonald's, perhaps you shouldn't emulate their constant ice cream machine breakdowns).nnThe cherry-on-top of this horrible concoction, is that even though they have stickers to leave a review of their service, the corporate offices are no longer accepting survey results. I suppose I can understand that; I would probably shut it down as well, if I was constantly subjected to verbal abuse based on a franchisee's poor management.

I've been waiting in the drive thru right now for over 27 minutes and there are 5 cars ahead of me. It's Saturday 5:10 p.m.nLast week it was just as bad,and on top of this inconvenience, the food was sloppy,cold and received no napkins. Trust this will be the last visit to this establishment. NO ONE should be put through this. This is bad. Never again... promise. 37 minutes total and an employee that acts as if this is a inconvenience for her. WOW.. What happened. And all you get from the response team is I'm sorry..well that's a lie now isn't it
