SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATEnI made a 9am appoint to have my carpet cleaned. They called the previous night stating they would be at my home between 9-10am. The morning of they called saying they would be at my home at 10am. At 10:13am they called asking where am I located and they were on their way. At 10:50am they called saying they were at my door, by this time I have left my home because should I pay money to a company that clearly does not respect my time (Remember my original appointment was at 9am). I had scheduled off half my day at work to have my carpet cleaned. My whole morning wasted. If you value your time, do not book this company.

This is probably one of the best carpet cleaning businesses I’ve used, I have used Stanley steamer, and the prices are a lot more money. Central carpets prices are great prices and offer great services like dye and cleaning! Will call them again for next time!
Awesome job!!! I was referred to Cantrell’s Carpet Cleaning from a Facebook friend. We were contemplating on new carpet throughout the house, but when they completed the job it was if we had new carpet. Best carpet cleaning service I have ever experienced, Hands Down!
I gave it one star because the employee was polite, after he finished cleaning the carpet it looked clean but when it dried out, it showed the spots still there .I contacted the owner he said I have to pay $ 50 more for us to come clean the spots needed to be cleaned in first place, even I send him pictures of the areas but never responded. He also said that I only paid for the basic cleaning, they never offered me anything else, didn't even know I was getting the basic service because nobody told me what was my options. I will never use this company again, be aware and ask what does the cleaning include?
