Serve Pro in Roseville just completed a big insurance job in my finished basement. Our washing machine dumped tons of water and caused thousands in damages. This Serve Pro branch handled everything from mitigation to repair. Josh and his staff, Tom, Dale, Steven, and all the others, were top notch! Their courtesy, professionalism, and attention to cost is the best I have ever seen. Never before have I worked with such wonderful contractors. They have such integrity and I trusted them. If you every have an insurance claim (I hope you don't!) please use this branch office of Serve Pro.

We had a hot water tank leak in the middle of the night and I searched for a company that had good reviews and worked with my insurance company. Being a new homeowner, I had no idea what to look for. I filled out the form online and I received a call not too long after. I wasn't expecting such a quick response. Josh and his crew came out and took care of us. We had to get a new hot water tank, flood cleanup, asbestos removal and new flooring. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were so professional, thorough with the information and really made what was a disaster, into a more manageable situation. Our floors look amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We had a fire that caused tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage to our home and seriously disrupted our lives. Josh and Jenny were life-savers, coming in while we were still in shock and helping us make sense of what we needed to do and working directly with our insurance company. They immediately prioritized air quality/smoke removal to protect our health and safety and then carefully handled the cleaning, removal, and storage of our belongings and other mitigation steps. They certainly earned all of the trust we placed in them and along with the entire team including Missy, Steven, Christy, Tom and others treated our home with respect and professionalism as if it were their own. We relied on them so much and they were always patient with our constant questions. Ultimately, we felt like we had good friends helping us in a bad situation. Highly recommend!

I uncovered a foundation issue and moisture/mold growth in our basement behind the paneling. We have a newborn daughter, and wanted to get it inspected and taken care of immediately. I called Servpro of St. Clair Shores and the experience was great!nnJosh (owner) came out the next day and explained everything in detail during the initial inspection/estimate. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and even provided recommendations on who could help with the foundation repair. He gave me a more than fair price and had his crew out in the morning.nnThe crew was hard-working, efficient, careful, and incredibly nice. Tony and Missy came out to remove the paneling and mold and they did a amazing job, while insuring all of my furniture was covered and protected. Everything was cleaned and there was a very noticeable difference once completed.nnThe entire team at Servpro was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient at getting the job done. I would recommend them to anyone!
