We experienced a devastating fire in our home. Every item experienced damage, devastation or total destruction. OHM provided pack-out, evaluation, cleaning and restoration of all our textiles. They were efficient, courteous and reliable.

Jeff Kraus came to pick up my clothing after a fire in a second bedroom. He was on time, professional and considerate to my needs. He returned with the clothing on a day and time that worked for me. The clothing looked good as new. A wonderful job was done by all.nnJeff was exceptional with his knowledge of the business.nI truly appreciated working with him.
Cleaning of a back yard wedding dress
Tried to call ahead several times, no answer. Went to the location, front door locked with a sign to go to another door. Went in, it's their warehouse clothing area, no one to greet me. I said Hello, saw several people in offices, no one bothered to respond. Only leaving a review because there is no way this company should have 5 stars when they aren't going to be bothered to do business. Hoping to save someone else a wasted trip like mine
