I just had my carpet cleaned by Chet's Cleaning and my 16 year old carpet looks brand new! Tommie Otis was my specialist and he did a great job! Perhaps they should change his title to magician because the stains on my carpet have all disappeared! I’m very pleased with my experience with Chet’s! I won’t use any other carpet cleaning company again!

My parents have used Chet’s for years to clean their carpets. We recently moved into a new house and decided to do the same. They are great. We worked twice with Nicole and Jonathon and they couldn’t have been more wonderful to work with. Not only are they very professional and nice people, but clearly know what they are doing, very service focused, and want to ensure you have a good experience allnaround. Technically they are very skilled and know how to take care of the various types of carpet and I trust both them and the job they do. Will call them back again as soon as we are ready for another cleaning.

I spilled food on my beige couch. I called on Saturday and they sent an estimator out that next Monday. The cleaners, Murray and Zach, came to clean the furniture on Tuesday. Quick response. Excellent job. Murray and Zak were personable, neat (they came with a shoe cover system - a mat outside to put clean shoe covers on), they were quick and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Carrie, Steve and Tyler were very professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get this done before the holidays. Tyler cleaned my carpets and my floor tiles and they look like new. He was fast efficient and thorough. Thank you for doing such a great job from when I called in for the appointment through the completion of my cleaning. I will recommend your company to everyone I know. Extremely satisfied.
