I NEVER have luck with home maintenance/repair services. I'm not sure where that luck went, but it left that category pretty early. All of which is to say, I had low expectations and hope for OSTS.nnWhen I called, they were polite, able to give me a quote over the phone, and scheduled me for the next day. They called ahead before coming over, just like they said they would. When they got here, they asked some questions to make sure that we just needed the tank pumped. I appreciated that because if they thought it was something else, I would like to hear that. AND, instead of trying to upsell us into service we didn't need, they agreed that yep, those are classic symptoms of needing your tank pumped, so we'll go ahead and do that.nnThey pumped the tank quickly, told us the charge would be the exact amount quoted on the phone, and then headed out. Exactly zero muss or fuss.nnThis was basically the perfect home maintenance/repair services scenario. Maybe I have some luck after all? In any case, I'll for sure be calling OSTS in a few years when the tank needs pumping again.

I called Okolona Septic Tank Services regarding a question that I had about my drainage field. They were extremely courteous and gave me some suggestions to try before booking an appointment with anyone. I really appreciate that type of integrity and will keep them in mind in the future.
