On 2/12/20, the company sent 2 well-qualified plumbers to repair a leak in my whirlpool tub. After extensive testing, including the removal of 2 rare Italian tiles, it was determined the tub needed to be replaced. I paid the bill of $750 and later signed the written estimate of replacement. Despite numerous subsequent texts, emails and telephone messages, the company has not followed up. I am out a significant amount of money and am left with a hole on the end of the tub. Shocking unprofessional behavior. I cannot recommend this company.

It is always such a relief to find a great service person who is excellent at what (s)he does. Steve has done work for me before and it's always outstanding, whether it's helping with a renovation or resurrecting a dead toilet. I am ever so grateful!
We had an excellent experience with Kevin from Mastercraft Plumbing. He recognized our water leaking problem immediately and replaced our shower head connector pipe. He was efficient and explained everything to our satisfaction. We will certainly use this company again.
We had a terrible experience with this company.nThey came out 3 times (1 for diagnosis, 2 for actual work), spent 2.5 hours but could not solve the problem or pinpoint the problem area.nThe other plumbing company came out later solved the problem within 30 minutes with fraction of the cost.nThey charge hourly rates, so the bill added up to 600 for this unfinished, poor job they have done.
