First time eating at Taco Bell in years. I ordered one of my favorite items which apparently is no longer on the menu. They knew what it was and made it for me. Very pleased with the service I experienced, and the food was delicious

Their pop is always watered down enough to be able to see through my Pepsi, my food wasn’t even warm, the cheese on my food wasn’t even partially melted either and I didn’t even get the nachos I ordered when I ordered online. I also had to wait half an hour when I was 1 of 2 vehicles in their drive through. The guy at the window at least apologized for the wait. It’s always disappointing when I go to this Taco Bell.
Totally love them but, it seems like they were closed early I think probably because of covid-19.Bummer!
I'm going to have to stop spending money here. The last few visits have been horrible. The employees joking and laughing and then you get home and your food is burnt and just thrown together. Ordered a mexican pizza. Got a glob of beans in the middle between two shells with just cheese not melted on top. Burnt to a crisp crunchwrap filled with only lettuce. Half the size it is supposed to be. Also ordered soft tacos. Basically only lettuce in those. I'll drive to brighton next time or howell. No more money for this location. I'd think twice before spending money here.
