Brought a coat in to get cleaned because it had dog hair all over it. When I dropped it off, the woman was not polite when she saw the condition of the coat, and also complained to me how long it would take to get the hair off. Considering I was bringing it to a place that is getting paid to clean it, I did not appreciate feeling as if the item I brought in was an inconvenience to the worker. I will not be back
