Took my curtains to be cleaned. Was told it would cost $300 dollars and take 2 weeks. I paid and left. Returned three weeks later to curtains not done and they refused to finish them unless I paid an additional $50 dollars. I was confused as I dropped off the curtains and was given a bill, which I paid on the spot.nWorst business practices ever, owner won’t call me. I still don’t have my curtains and was told they won’t complete the cleaning and pressing of curtains until I pay the additional $50 dollars.nWould not trust, or recommend.
Very helpful and friendly - love this place.
Came here to get a sweater tailored. It was a chunky knit that another shop specializing in alterations refused to take in. (The other shop's normal price is $30.) King Cleaners offered very friendly, cordial service, did a great job on the sweater, and for less than half the cost of their competitors. I plan on getting many other garments altered here and highly recommend it.
I have been taking all of my dress clothes here to get dry cleaned for years now, and every time they do an excellent job. I would recommend them hands down.
