Update 12/2/20.nChanged from 2 stars down to 1.nnI will absolutely not be back to Penn Station. They skimp on the meat, the bread had gotten smaller/thinner, and the amount of fries they give is laughable, and undercooked. THIS IS NOT the Penn Station that I knew and used to love. Good luck.nnUpdate. Got fries today, 9/4/20. They were not done and they were super soggy. Worst experience at a Penn Station ever. I doubt I'll be back. They seemed rushed for some reason.nnChanged my rating from three stars down to two.nnMy original review, when they were usually good:nnThe sandwiches are usually pretty good. The consistency of the sandwiches vary form day to day. One day there's extra meat, other days there's hardly any meat, and one day there's just the right amount of meat on the sandwich. I'll raise my rating once I see there is consistency of how the food is made.
The people that work at the Shepherdsville location are always on point and always so nice .... great store, repeat customer!
Probably one of my favorite sandwich places around. Crispy, juicy and honestly... the pizza sandwich is the best. The people who work at this location are pretty great. I joke around with them all the time.
They are usually slammed at lunch time so there is a timely wait. Today they were out of turkey. The sandwiches are pretty good though.
