VERY fast service and they asked for photos before they came out to give me a quote. I would definitely recommend them, but I think the hourly rate is on the high side.
Considerate, professional, loves dogs, called to confirm and kind.
I had a toilet that was running continually. Called and East End was out the next day. Fixed the problem and was very patient while my 5 year sat nearby asking questions about everything Steve was doing. When that was done I asked about our tub faucet that was always dripping he did a quick evaluation, had a part in the truck and fixed that up no problem. I greatly appreciate the dedication to quality service.
