Ordered food online at 8:09 pm on 10/5/2020. Food was scheduled to be ready for pick up at 8:30. When I arrived at 8:30 food had not been made. Food was not started on until 8:40 pm. Working was not wearing a mask while making food or talking with customers. Worker handed customer straw, lid, and cup with no gloves on. Her attitude was very rude slamming doors and slamming food onto counters and subs. Did not receive food until 8:56.
Very poor service! I will not go back here! What a shame because before they had awesome service. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come out to provide service and was yelled at to hang up my phone call or he would not take my order. I asked for a manager and he refused to get one. I was not being rude on my phone without paying attention, I was able to give my order and was not ignoring him. It was the worst experience being treated like this.
Good food. Always slow
The ladies working tonight were great. Thank for feeding us fussy eaters with special requests. We appreciate the great service.
I came in with a big order for my company and they rocked it out , friendly staff too.
