Terrible experience! Besides the lady standing over me the whole time, she was sooo very rude! I was lied to about the time your recieve in the dryer & my clothes stunk after taking them out waaay worse than when I put them in!! Not only that they have BLACK MOLD GROWING EVERYWHERE!! SHOCKED THEY ARE ALLOWED TO BE OPEN LIKE THAT!!! I have a picture but don't know how to post it.... Absolutely HORRIBLE service! I come in here every week to do laundry and last week Wednesday I came in and was doing my laundry. I had put all my laundry in 6 dryers so they dry faster. I put 2 dollars in each dryer and went out to smoke a cigarette and sit in my car and watch my movie. I came back in and the dryers all had stopped. I went to 2 of the 6 dryers and my clothes were still wet and cold. I went to the front and told the lady and she came over to look at them. Not ONLY did she NOT return my 2 dollars she continued to put me down in front of her customers saying very rude things and calling her husband and swearing at me and calling me out of my name. she kept saying no one before me had an issue with the dryer, I understand that but it messed up with me. I don't care about others or what happened before me. I had to yell and get mad for her to THROW MY MONEY IN MY FACE LITERALLY! BECAUSE that is something i want to deal with after working 12 hours. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE! A disgrace of a place! They are lucky i have to give at least 1 star because they don't even deserve that.
