I will no longer shop at this store. I went to the back of the store could not find what I wanted. I went to the website and found what I wanted and it said it was in stock. Ask an associate and he told me to go to the cashier and pay for it then they would load me because it was locked up outside. Waiting in line 15 minutes then waited another 10-15 minutes for the cashier to get someone to help him figure out how to ring it up. Then a lady that was either a manager or supervisor came up and said that I have to find it first before I could be run up. Explained to her what the other associate told me to do and why is she telling me different then I agreed to go with her to the locked area to pick out what I wanted only for her to jump on another register to start ringing up other customers. I will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to Rural King.
I felt important, the place was well stocked price's mostly fair some high.
I go to the Tractor Supply on Preston Highway. Every time I go there it is a great experience. The people who work here are always helpful and caring. I like their selection of clothing and boots too. I was there today and got a large Bee sign for my daughter for her kitchen. Great people work there.
Always friendly and if they don't have what I needed they're always willing to lend a helping hand. Never have had a bad experience! A+
Stopped to pick up a bag of bird seed. 2 bags and a broken bag on a pallet marked $19.99. At checkout was charged $22.99, when I told the clerk it was $19.99 he they had received a new shipment and the price went up but they haven’t changed the sign yet. Pretty POOR customer service.
