We are so impressed with this company! They truly went above and beyond for us. We had them install a new water valve and gas valve as well as a few other small checks and fixes throughout the house. They were incredibly professional and timely. Brandon helped us specifically, and I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful it was to work with him! We will be using this company in the future for any of our plumbing needs as well as recommending them nonstop!

McDonald Plumbing did a great job. Our gas range quit on us and we wanted to upgrade to a newer unit. Unfortunately our gas lines in our house did not include any shutoff valves behind our gas fired equipment. I called McDonald Plumbing to see if they could come out and help us out with getting a valve installed behind the range. Brandon was the individual who came out to do the work. He was personable, professional and very respectful. He installed the valve and had everything setup and working within 10 minutes. They were upfront with pricing, so no surprises there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for work on gas lines or other plumbing services.

McDonald Plumbing hooked our house up to city water today which included some additional work and expertise. I had them leave the well system hooked up to the outside spigots, add another outside spigot, and add a shutoff to a spigot that needed one. The city water side can be tied into the outside spigots easily if the well fails later. The city water side was flushed before connecting to the house and the water is running clean. They cleaned up any mess and left the basement looking great. The team included Tim, Ben and Bobby. If you get this team you are all set with talented, polite professionals.

McDonald Plumbing was outstanding! After Mitch cleared a root clog on my main line (1950's house), he walked me through a video inspection of the pipe step by step, and cleaned out all roots – live on camera! I've had several services clean out the main line over the years, but McDonald Plumbing was the most thorough, friendly, and honest service by far. I will look to them for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Ian was very friendly, informative and professional with my mother! He answered all of our many questions and was very honest. He was also able to consult with us on the best approach of further repairs needed! Thank you! This was our first time using McDonald and I would definitely recommend them. They were recommended to us.
