Subway

This Subway is hit or miss. There is a lack of staff. I praise but feel sorry for the hardworking, consistent 3 workers that are there all the time. I overheard a conversation as I passed by the place. One patron said that the manager handles the food without a mask when customers aren’t in there. Lastly, they open when they feel like it or they close for dumb reasons. All the other stores in the outlet are open and ready for customers while they’re the only place that aren’t. That is not how you manage a successful chain. I’m willing to give them another try, but I need to see improvement first.

I used to work at this subway for roughly two months and the manager is absolutely terrible to not only fellow coworkers but also the other manager of the other subway on 84th and Byron Ave. she peeps food without gloves or a mask on, one day I had to clean her own sons feces out of the toilet because he didn’t flush and it was a total mess. She berates her employees for calling in sick and not only that she broke a HIPPA law when she asked if a doctors appointment I had was for a medical issue I have. If I could give this place zero stars I would because it has terrible management and terrible sanitation... please spare your health and don’t eat here EVER.

First time going to Tangers Outlet and prices are amazing. When I entered this subway I felt this negative energy from the employees and noticed the two girls didn’t look to happy for some odd reason. I was in the process of making my sandwich the girl with brown hair had this bizarre look asked about my sandwich. I had chicken breast and chicken teriyaki. In fact, I seen worse in other people’s subs. She asked her employee “what kind of sub is this? What’s in this thing?” I work in a business and these girls need to re-train and take notes. Clearly, these girls are in the wrong business to behave this way. I just felt a negative vibe and rudeness come from this place.

There’s a couple good people that work there. But the rest are just straight up rude. Not worth your money.

I will never eat at this Subway again! So disgusting and dirty.. the guy who made my sub did horrible he literally was just throwing stuff on there so sloppy. A 5 year old would have made a better sub. Seriously
