The wash was economical and satisfactory. The young staff were friendly and polite. The entrance from 68th Street is not marked. We attempted to enter from Clay but had to back out because of the line on the west side of their building.
I had an incident in the carwash. Steve, the owner, was attentive and professional. He made the situation right. I don't think I'd get the level of service I received at Anchor from a car wash named Mister. Support Local!
Car nice and clean on a warm day in winter. Long line was handled in a reasonable timeframe. Staff was speedy and friendly. Thank you.
Best car wash around! Free vacuums that work great. One of the few real car washes left.
