This review is only for the front desk, i called today on the 23rd of December the lady replied with: lansing police department, front desk.nI started telling her about what i need so she could connect me to the person i needed to be connected to.nShe replied with : “I’m the only person in here and I’m tryna get outta here” in a rude way!!nNot a funny way!!nIt’s holidays I GET IT!! But this is not freaking McDonald’s you cannot answer the phone like and complain about your job.nnEdit : I’ve been trying to reach out to them by calling for 10 days and nobody has ever answered!!!!! What a shame.

The officer answering the phone would rather you use their online reporting, he's to busy eating donuts. They couldn't care less about your problem, and their attitude shows it.nThere have been several robberies/break-ins around here and police have done nothing, despite ppl in the neighborhood reporting the issues.nIn Lansing, there is no police deterrent to crime, unless of course you're not wearing your seat belt. You're sure to get their attention then....n#Charlatanswithbadges
