Forgot our potato wedges, mediocre service (at best), witnessed one of the employees eating food off the line right at the front counter, overpriced, and the fried fish was super greasy and kind of hard. I've had other lackluster experiences at this particular branch and, after having given it a few chances, will not be back.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had at any establishment!!! We went thru the drive thru and the girl on the speaker had my husband repeat his order a couple of times. She didn't read back what he had or even give him the total, we sat the for a couple of minutes and drove up to the window. At the window the girl flings open the window and yell a total at my husband, he then trust to explain that she didn't have his order correct so without a word she slammed the window shut and let us sit at the window while she loudly talked with the other employees. During which I hear one of the employees a female loudly exclaim m(man I need to smoke a blunt) the the window was flung open again and she asked my husband what he had ordered again. My so I told her what he wanted and she slammed the window shut again without a word! So my husband being frustrated just left.
Ordered a two piece fish dinner at the drive through. Recieved an order of chicken.
Love the chicken planks!! Fast service thru the drive thru and very friendly and courteous staff
Nasty food my food wasn't even done never going back to the one on mlk very disappointed with i didnt leave so far i would have took it back
