Ordered a $37 order with multiple items and had a roast beef meal #2 double add bacon and RED Ranch.. even says on the receipt red ranch. They out regular ranch on it. I am allergic to dairy products and eggs.. some ranches has eggs in them and almost all of them have dairy in them.. I am over an hour away from home and can't just drive their another time to make it right. Even called the store and the manager on duty only kept saying okay and he will let his crew know to watch their screens. Never offered to make it right even though in not sure he could since I'm not in town. The drive thru person didn't even use please and thankyou. Was not polite or positive in any matter. Overall not a good experience.

Had a bit of a small wait but it was worth it for fresh food and good customer service. Didn’t feel rushed and the food was great, and they didn’t mess up on my order.

This Arby's is always top-notch! The staff is friendly and my orders are accurate everytime. I would also like to add that more times than not they have a super polite team member taking your drive thru order and I never feel rushed. Much appreciated.nnI look forward to checking out the remodel when the pandemic levels out to where the dining room can open again.nnNote to those who might stop by off the highway, you turn into the driveway by the bank. Then to exit, you go down a different driveway immediately after the drive-thru on your right.
