Very good service but $30 for a regular pedicure with regular color? And the paint job isn't even that great! I could've easily done it myself and made it look 100000x better. Never getting a pedicure there again!

I called to make an appointment for as soon as they opened. The guy told me they open at 9 but come at 9:15. I arrived at 9:10 to 3 people already getting their nails done and only 3 technicians there. I told them I had an appointment. The manager said someone should be in within 5-10 minutes. Finally at 9:40 I told them if someone didn't start working on me soon that I would be leaving. Just then 2 workers came in. One rushed through my nails and did a terrible job. The polish was in chunks on my nails and I had to ask her to fix it. She then saw what I was talking about and redid it several times because she kept messing them up. No one apologized for the lateness, no one cared that my nails looked awful, no one checked on me to see if I liked them and I even had to stop and ask someone for my bill to pay. I will not go back. Very disappointed in the service.

The nail tech was informed by myself that I get ingrown toenails. It's the reason why I go to a salon in the first place. So that they are cut correctly. The tech went on ahead and cut them however she wanted and not correctly. 2 weeks go by and my toenails were hurting extremely bad. 4 weeks later I had to go see a podiatrist because of the pain. My toenails were becoming ingrown. They were in the first few stages of being infected. The Dr informed me that it happened because of the carelessness of the tech who was cutting my toenails.nAlso was charged more than the quoted price on the wall. Plus was told 10 minutes to wait. I waited for an hour and a half.nWill not return or suggest to others.
