The worst problem I had when I had my hair cut here on 9/4/20 is that 2 out of the 3 stylists in the building were not wearing their face masks completely on their faces. The woman who trimmed my hair (an older woman) even told me that as long as I kept my mask over my mouth, it was okay if it slipped off my nose. I kept both my nose and mouth covered the entire time, since I have a compromised immune system and so do the family members I live with. The woman who cut my hair did not allow me the chance to part my hair the way I always do before trimming it. She waited until AFTERWARDS to tell me to part it so now my hair is uneven on both sides. Also took a long time just for her to finish washing my hair (product was put in and rinsed from my hair 4 times that I counted, not sure why). Got distracted by conversation (either talking to me or a coworker) more than once. Will not be returning to this location. If I could rate 0 stars, I would simply for them refusing to wear face masks properly in the middle of a worldwide pandemic.
The staff was so friendly and the woman understood exactly what I wanted to do with my hair. One of the best experiences ever and their prices are so fair.
Had a scheduled appointment at 2:30. Arrived and called to let them know I was there at 2:25. They said it would be a few minutes they would call. An hour later still haven’t been called!
The people are always nice and do a very good job
I was quoted a price of 62 bucks for partial highlights yet I got charged 72. I had calll my hubby bring extra cash. Honestly I wasn't that impressed with the highlights. Just supposed be couple somehow my whole head looks pretty red
