Lake Lansing Road Mobil Service

I had a tire with a slow leak and I needed it patched or replaced as soon as possible, as we only have one car. I called a few places and nobody could get me in right away, and besides that I would have had to leave my car for half a day to get the tire patched.nnSo I called Lake Lansing Road Mobile (less than a mile from my house, I should have called them first) and Jake in the service department was the one I spoke to and he asked if I could be there in 20 minutes. After he took a look at the tire, the wheel was seized onto the car and he couldn't get it off with a rubber mallet, which meant he might have to use a metal hammer on the wheel, which would result in more parts/repairs on the metal wheel. Jake came to the waiting room and explained how hard he tried to get the wheel off with the rubber mallet without damaging it, but it just didn't look good.nnI appreciated him talking it over with me, he really wanted to make sure I understood what the issue was and that I agreed before he took any more action. So I told him to do whatever he needed to do to get the wheel off. A while later he came back to the waiting room and told me he was able to get the tire off without damaging it after all, I was really pleased! A simple patch job after all. He also gave me guidance about which tires would need to be replaced before winter, etc.nnJake clearly understands customer service as much as he understands cars. And before I left he mentioned that I was due for an oil change, which I thought was brilliant, and I happily said please do it.nnMy car just got out of warranty and I'll need to start paying for repairs soon. I'm 57 years old so I have been to a lot of shops and mechanics in my life. Shops that don't try to gouge you and honest mechanics like Jake are hard to come by. Jake earned Lake Lansing Road Mobile a new loyal auto repair customer, and I will continue to recommend Lake Lansing Mobile to people for trusted car repairs.

Jake and Greg in the mechanic shop are two great, honest, and hard working guys. Came in for an oil change, they not only told me my brakes and rotors were needing a replacement, they also SHOWED me the proof and had a quote prepared with competitive pricing. Will for sure continue to use this place in the future!

I took my car in for an oil change. The people there were helpful and kind. They did an excellent job. I'll go there again when my car needs maintenance in the future.

One of the last true all in one service stations left. Polite and help full staff. Extremely cheap gas but I'm from Florida. Will go out of way to give them my business next time I in Lansing.

Gas station and Car wash - gentleman inside is always so upbeat and friendly. Always has something to say that puts a smile on your face. Love it! Appreciate the great service and the opportunity to wash my car!
