Reuben was my guide in finding the right Vehicle for me. I was looking for AWD and light towing capacity. Reuben took notice at what color I liked and found my Nightfall Gray Metallic Equinox LT 1.5T with a Confidence & Convenience Package. Reuben also explained the safety features that are installed that my old car didn't have, like the collision warning system. When it came time to sign papers I met Chris who explained in great detail all the extras like extended warranty, and answered any question I had. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Brent cram helped me and my wife figure out how how to use our reward points when we could not figure out how to get the credit. He was very knowledgeable on how to get everything set up and applied. We we're very pleased with his service thank you
My first new car purchase in 9 years and it was a great experience. My salesman, Don Graves, made the whole purchase and trading in my Terrain a great day. Was looking for a cajun red Equinox and was able to take it for a test drive. Love the way it drives with its peppy turbo charged 1.5. All of the staff at Shaheen were friendly and great to interact with. Drove away with my beautiful red Equinox in an afternoon. Highly recommend Don and Shaheen!
