I really love this place. I think it's the best carwash in Lansing. They have an affordable basic wash to car detailing and everything in between. I've gotten my car detailed there. I thought they did a great job. If you like a tidy vehicle I recommend Kwik Car Wash. Also after I've had it detailed, I've gotten a phone call the next day to make sure I'm happy with the job they did. You now need to make an appointment for detailing due to covid-19. It's worth it.

Gave this company a second chance yet again paid for the second highest service they have and yet disappointed again. They soaked my floor mats did not even attempt to dry them. I paid extra for a special that didn’t even get done car was still dripping soap that was never washed off. Interior was Supposed to have been cleaned very well my seats were still dirty cup holders were not even touched all in all a horrible waste of money. And to top it off the employees are hostile and will get upset at you if you just look at a car being cleaned you would expect more from the managers. I will not be back and I hope you take this into account.

Estimated for a small Audi vehicle that cost would be $60. Charged $120. Also, they left white residue everywhere in the vehicle interior. When I say everywhere I mean everywhere. Took me 30 minutes with a micro fiber to get it all cleaned out. Absolutely horrific service. Go ANYWHERE else. Save your money.

Some services said that they include undercarriage rinse. However even after the service, it's easy to find the remained Calcium Chloride on my vehicle's underbody. Looks like even no touch of any water on that. I also cannot find any proper device to wash the underbody on the whole line
