They were very nice and helpful. What I ordered came within a couple of days. But they always have been kind every time I've been in there. And if they're busy they will always make sure they acknowledge you and let you know they will be right with you... they will always make sure they can do their best to find what you need or solve any problem you have. That's a great store.
Always my go to place when I know I'm going to need help ,or advice on best possible way to do whatever project. The staff knows their stuff and will always take time to talk you through it. And always friendly
I had a photo framed by Patricia...Very mean and crabby attitude.... she made me feel like it was a hassle helping me. Although, all of the other staff were very friendly. I absolutely love having a local hardware store to shop at. I can find everything I need here.
