My kitchen sink was clogged and backing up. I called at 9:30a on a Friday, got a price quote, ETA, and fast/friendly response. Ron and Nick arrived right when estimated at 1p. They were courteous, friendly, and helped explain what was going on as they worked. Mostly, they fixed the issue! They were efficient but thorough. They took care to make sure that, if there could possibly be any further issue or leak, they would find it while they were there (rather than me discovering it sometime later). They even cleaned things up after. And they reminded me of their 3-month warrant. I am so pleased with their response and work.

Wow, what a terrific experience! We don’t hire out services often, but found our sewer problem to be beyond our ability to remedy. We could not be happier with the Hot Shots experience. From Rachel’s phone call customer service to Ryan’s (our technician) on-site etiquette and skill, we had a 5 star experience. No nonsense scheduling, pricing, education. Excellent service! Called for estimate and they were able to access and take care of the issue in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend and will call again when needed.

This company is amazing! Upon calling them with my issue, they offered to put my wife and I up in a room for the night and were at our house by 8:30am the next morning, and stayed there working diligently all day, through hail and snow. (They even helped my sister catch my dog before it ran away ud83dude02) Ronald and William were friendly, thoughtful and very professional. I would recommend Hotshots to anyone struggling with plumbing problems!

As a young first time homeowner running into my first hiccup with plumbing had the potential to be stressful, but Hotshots was incredible! Coming out on a Sunday afternoon, Dalton quickly identified the issue and solved it. He then took the time to explain the process he used to clean out the piping and gave me some next steps to help out in the future. I cannot recommend this company enough! He was attentive to my questions and provided exceptional care for my new home. Thank you so much!
