Everything you would expect from an Arby's. Good food, good service. They did forget my curly fries once and it wasn't a hassle getting it resolved. Love the roast beef.
Super slow, if you are on any kind of time constraint, DO NOT go here if there is more than one vehicle ahead of you. They easily take 3-5 minutes per order, even small orders. They were like this LONG before covid, and this Petoskey Arby's is the absolute slowest of any Arby's I know (or any fast food joint I've visited anywhere. The only things saving them from one star is that the people are friendly and I feel bad being angry at them for being slow, plus, it's Arby's and their food is awesome.
Place is trash. I love arbys. This one was bad.
Took longer for the food to be made than the great wall did.
