Working with Brent Duffet and Peyton Properties was a very positive experience. I am a first time home buyer, so I was unsure of what to expect. Brent recently helped me purchase my first home. He showed me what seemed like a hundred houses and never pushed for a sale. He is also extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, he is honest as he points potential concerns with properties. He was available to answer questions throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and I will work with him on all of my future purchases.

Scams...after accepting my hi bid on a home i approved my inspection for purchase after time off work to make this happen..the agent decided i wasnt the accepted bid...DONT SET YOURSELF UP FOR DISAPPOINTMENT HERE!!!!
