the dispatch is awful i was on hold for like 6-10 minutes.then when i told them what my problem was they did nothing to help me they told me to pretty much help my self,awful station and imo is way to small and needs more workers because that was ridiculous.i could be getting murderd or hiding from a killer and these dispatchers here would tell me oh its no problem please hold.nnno they are awful especially the dispatch more than anything.the cops and officers are great,but the dispatch is a joke if you are calling the cops for a serious issue then please call state police if anything.
Called to report a small brush fire last summer. I told them where it was, but the truck that was dispatched passed it up. I called twice more to explain what happened and was told to quit calling and that they would find it! Wow. By the way, they never did find it. A guy in a car going down the highway seen the smoke, pulled over, got out, and took care of it. Kudos for him- Boo for dispatch! What a terrible attitude!
The police department rocks!
They saved my grandmother from the bear that attacked here. Didn't save the dog but we didn't like him anyways
