The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they do amazing work! Best nail shop I've ever been to! Even though it's in a small town, the quality is remarkable!!
The reason I give them a 4 is because one the man never talked to me other than to show me where to put my hand at in the glow light thing and also to was my hands after he was done with my nails. I tried to get a conversation going and he just sat there doing my nails. I also called the day before and was told it would be $32 for french tips and that if I wanted gel it would be $40. Then showed them a pic and they said $50 so I went a head and got the french tips for $32. When i was done i gave the guy $40 and he takes $35 and come to find out he took $3 for a tip which I was not told before or after and he went ahead and took it anyways. No big deal I was gonna tip him anyways but it was rude and disrespectful to just taking tip money without asking or saying anything about it. But all in all he did an awesome job. Those was the only things I had a problem with. I just know next time I go Ill make sure to have exact change instead of giving them $40.
