Charlevoix Pizza Company

What a mess! I went in to pick up our order last night and witnessed one of the girls in the back drop our pizza on the floor. I was left standing in the place for 20 minutes while they remade the pizza. Accidents happen, but nobody apologized or even took a moment to tell me what has happened. They literally said nothing to me for the 20 minutes I was standing there. And the quality of the pizza was very poor. The crust was misshaped. It was thick in some parts and paper thin in others. We ordered two medium pizzas and two orders of cheesebread. The order was almost $48. Frozen pizza would have been much better! We use to love to eat here, but the quality has gone down hill. We will not be back until major changes are made.

This place has dramatically improved. Their pizza was just OK over the summer. We heard they were under new management and decided to give them another try. So glad that we did! Pizza was the perfect thin crust. Don't miss their cheese bread!

Great pizza! A little floppy for a thinner crust, but still in my top 5.

Order the chicken BBQ pizza our last night in charlevoix and I think they forgot to put any BBQ sauce on it. Lol it was still good, just disappointing.******update after looking at the website we got the wrong pizza. We got the chicken bacon ranch. That would explain no BBQ sauce.

During a spectacular visit to Charlevoix me & my fiancé decided to stop & get pizza. Excellent service! Felt like home as soon as we entered, was well taken care of by a young guy & Nick! Even got a free sample of their garlic Parmesan wings. Be sure to check out their new menu!
