Well they don’t respond to my texts so I decided to leave a review!nMy heat and electricity isn’t working!! ITS VERY FRUSTRATING AND GETS IN THE WAY WITH MY DAY TO DAY LIFE, These all stars don’t seem to have any empathy of care for that.nI text the agent for “all star asset management”nAnd she says someone won’t be coming in to fix the heater because of my attitude ,nSo because of my attitude being frustrated with my electricity going out every hour and sitting here in a freezing cold home in the middle of Michigan winter, that’s the reason they won’t come fix it.nnThat’s real nice ud83dudc4dud83cudffc

Electricity causes fires with my appliances,nElectricity goes out 10 times a daynHot water doesn’t work half the time,nSit here in a freezing cold home the heater they have in the home doesn’t work because the electricity is complete garbage in the home.n“Someone stole” their rent Dropbox , and for that month they apparently thought they weren’t responsible for it so they made us pay rent twice that month.nWe’ve never missed rent EVER in our entire lives you would think they would value tenants like that.nAnd they have the nerve to send us a pre-signed lease renewal in the mail after dealing with all this.nWe casually and patiently complained to them for over a year and finally stood up for ourselves and said “you need to fix this”nThey did what they do everytime we complain about this stuff, completely ignored us except this time they sent an eviction notice,nnLearn from my mistake and jus don’t do business with these people , they don’t care about you or your family safety all you are is a walking rent-paying machine to them.

These ladies are awesome. They take care of my properties with rent collection, maintenance, and bill paying. They are always respectful when talking to them about property issues. I'm very happy with their service.

Charlene is very easy to work with! She helped me find a rental and took her time with me. She did not just put me in the first one that came up. I just want to say thanks to her and her staff for helping me find the right place for me!!
