My personal experience with Ayre/Rhinehart Bay Was great. I started searching for a home if my memory serves me correctly towards the end of 2019 and closed on one in August of 2020. I had some specifics that made the house hunting take a little longer than I believe normal on top of the endemic (COVID-19). There was obviously many obstacles to hurdle over and my AGENT Louis R Castillo did a fantastic job of working with me and my sometimes late hours and wide search area! He was knowledgeable, courteous and once again went out of his way to answer any questions or concerns I had. And if he did not know the answer (most the time he did) he would get back with you promptly to let you know. I will be using him the next time I’m looking for another house or property. Thank you Ayre/Rhinehart Bay Realtors and Louis! Happy hunting everyone.

Louis Castillo met my sister and I for a home walk thru at a home in Auburn. As it became apparent the house was not for me, Louis quickly arranged a viewing of another home in the area. He was knowledgeable, provided honest comments and was very concerned with finding a house I could make a home. Neither was for me. Louis then contacted me with listings he thought might be appropriate. I have found a home in Onaway, and just regret Louis could not represent me. I highly recommend him!

I'm writing this because I saw that the only review of this business so far is by Shelley Ann Gottschling, an employee of this company. This is a violation of google review rules. The following was my experience with Ayre Rhinehart Midland:nShort story: they scammed me.nLong story: signed a contract with them to manage my properties in Midland. They billed as much as they could for everything (like a $1000 fridge that you could buy for $500 all day long) and then told me they didnt want to manage them anymore. They waited to tell me that though until they had rented out one of the houses to an absolute deadbeat and collected the first months rent so that they could get paid the 1st months rental fee. The renter only made me one month after that and then I had to evict. All around seemed like a bad deal.
