People are kinda helpful. When they can figure out what a bushing is. Prices are a little higher than Lowe's but it's worth the time savings to go here. The guy in the lumber department is friendly and very helpful.

If I could go into the negative ratings, I would give them one unfortunately I'm forced to give them an obligatory 1 star. Customer service = non-existent, at least if you're of color. Definitely funny to find that my mom and I were that entertaining for all of the employees that worked there. Regret having spent around $14. Definitely making the trip to Lowes or Home depot from now on.

Friendly and helpful when asked . Store appears to be well stocked each time I go in and prices are comparable.

In my opinion the only reason this place stays open is because they are the only hardware store in Artesia. I've been forced to shop there on numerous occasions spanning over 5 years and I can honestly say I have never had more than a 2 star experience. It's a find it yourself, hope they actually have it, catch some attitude if you ask for help, and leave frustrated kind of place. If you're a contractor from out of town and you have the time make the drive to Carlsbad or Roswell. Leave this as a last resort.

Is this a chain store or owned by someone who is not a citizen of Artesia or is it locally owned?
