I seriously don’t know how this place has an almost 4 star rating. Go to any other subway in bay city. The workers have always been friendly to me but they don’t know how to make subs.

Husband picked me up a sandwich and it didn't look burnt but it smelt and tasted so burnt. He said the toaster oven was super smoky but it didn't look burnt so he didn't think anything of it. Sandwich was so bitter. I even tried to salvage the inside and put it on sliced bread at home and it was still burnt smelling and tasting. I need a refund!!

First the hostess only rinsed her hands under water no soap. Then she put on her gloves. I asked for Italian footling cold cut combo. She threw my cookies at me when I redeemed my survey. She tried to overload my sandwich even when I asked for light spinach. I think I have the whole olive container on my lunch. And when I asked for diced onions she put massive amounts of onion on my sandwich. Her name I think is Regina and she is Hispanic . I will not order with her even again. She had the worst costumer service skills I have ever seen. This store is the Lafayette store in Bay City Mi.

Horrible!! Prices have become way overpriced, they have taken away good sandwiches, the customer service is lousy and they don't care. We spent $60 in there last time for 4 people and when we got home sandwiches were awful. Not at all what they use to be

I don't no what was going on 4/11/2021 but the bmt I got was awful .. I never had one with bacon ud83eudd53 on it.. It had no salami on it .. The sandwich was nasty told they don't have Italian .dressing anymore. Payed for double meat and only got single..will not go back to the one on Lafayette square ..
