Kelly was a truly great partner as we were purchasing our home. When we found a house we were interested in, by the time my husband and I returned home, Kelly had already done a ton of research and was ready with loads of info on the house. She was available, efficient and a truly invaluable resource. I will be recommending her to my friends and family.

Kelly is a liar . She will cost you more money at closing . I will never close with her or her company again .she will not have u close on the closing date with her on time . The closing date will keep changing with her if she promised u a small refund amount for closing date keeping changing . u will not see that money at all. Kelly Whitehead or any Whitehead family member are liar do not believe them .

LORAINE DAVILA BEST REALTOR EVER!!!SHE HELPED SELL OUR WATERFRONT CUSTOM HOME that we lived 20yrs in&super customized it putting over 1.5million$ bc thought we would die in it.but had to move to NH for spouses job&very DIFFICULT to sell.LORAINE HELPED US WITH ADVICE IN OUR NH PURCHASE&WORKED TIRELESSLY TO SELL OUR MI home.We had to take huge loss but SHE SOLD IT.SHE TREATED US LIKE FAMILY&CONTACTED US DESPITE our endless emails-calls-texts.ONLY HIRE LORAINE SHE DOES THE JOB.SHE DESERVED A LOT MORE MONEY THAN SHE MADE.from DRS.MARK&TOULA GUILFOYLE

Cost us almost 500 extra dollars that we didn't need to spend while trying to close on a house. Also cost us a month of having to wait because of mistakes made by the realtor.
